The eating area of Pure & Simple was risen a few feet from the main pavilion area.		 Wonder Waffle
The Wonder Waffle! Guests could load up their waffles at the hot toppings bar. Eventually, the hot toppings bar became a cold toppings bar. The toppings bar was phased out and toppings cups were served with the waffles.

Wonders Bar
After the pavilion became the new showcase center for Epcot's Festivals, Pure & Simple became the Wonders Bar for the Food & Wine Festival.		 Garden Town Cafe
For the Flower & Garden Festival, Pure & Simple became the Garden Town Cafe.
